Can I cancel my iPad Pro order or will I be charged?



I've been waiting for my iPad Pro since November and I've reached the point where I can't wait anymore due to student commitments....can I cancel or will Telstra expect me to keep the contract? Will I be charged?

If you cancel it prior to delivery or use of the service then you will be fine.

Just make sure you get a reference number for the call in case anything goes wrong.

Alternatively, if you use Live Chat you can get a copy of the chat emailed to you - which is a great record.
