We'd need a little more detail in order to provide advice about this, sorry.
Are you able to provide: (for Bigpond Email addresses)
- How your email account is set up on your iPad (IMAP or POP)
- The server names you use. (check these in Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Tap the Account > Tap the Email Address)
- When you delete the emails from your iPad, have you checked your Webmail to see if the emails are deleted from there?
