Faulty T Hub 2 - AGAIN

The T Hub 2 is, once again, not working.  The messages are "Launcher ot responding" and "Station not available" for Tunein radio.  The wifi is functioning, however, I cannot access the internet through bigpond.  How much will it cost me to ditch this terrible plan that is causing me so much grief?
