Cannot get my new Gallaxy tab A to connect to Telstra sim card and run it on mobile broadband? It works fine on wi-fi, but I want it on mobile as I will need it for travelling long distance etc into country and interstate.

Hopefully you're not the woman I was helping in Coober Pedy yesterday. I apologise if I was because I should have checked that it was working.
Have you activated the SIM? You can activate it by going to https://Telstra.com/activate or give 125 8880 a call and they should be able to assist.
Me male thanks, yes was activated, the tab won't recognise the SIM card,I think I may have found it hope deep in software back ground,
