The issue isn't the compatibility of the device, it's the account and the codes that make it all work from the back end. If you have a 13 digit account number beginning with 2000 you shouldn't have any problems, however if you have a 10 digit account number things get a little tricky. We're working to improve compatibility, certain account types in that ten digit category are compatible while others are not. Unfortunately the difference between incompatible vs. compatible hasn't been spelled out to us or is something we'd have access to.
Your best bet would be to contact Business Mobile Support on 132 999 and say "Mobile Phone Fault"; you can then request to have the Telstra One Number Expression of Interest form submitted to determine your account's eligibility.
