I ordered a new iPad pro from Telstra 7 weeks ago and still waiting, when I track the item it says it backordered, how much longer shall I want or shall I cancel the item ?? If someone can advise greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you haven't received your iPad Pro yet.

 

As this has been back-ordered, there isn't an estimated time that this stock will be replenished. But we will contact you via email updates of the status. This includes when stock is allocated and sent out. We apologise for the delay.

 

If you did wish to cancel the order you can do so by contacting 13 22 00 and say 'activations' when prompted.

 

Please let me know.

Unfortunately as a public forum no one here has access to account information so wouldn’t be able to look into if for you. I would suggest calling or chatting with the orders team to have an update provided or to cancel if you wanted.
