I have been overcharged on my last 2 bills for my IPad for calls and sms not made. The iPad has its own sim and is post paid. To correct this I visited a Telstra store. I was told stores don’t deal with my issues and to ring. Lines were busy. So I tried to text call and told to try later. Great mobile network but can’t get through you aren’t slow taking my money but where is the customer support?
If you call 13 22 00 and say mobile billing or use the live chat link below in my signature you'll be able to get in touch with the billing team that can look into your issue. The billing teams usually close at 9PM so you may want to try tomorrow. They open at 8AM.
