24/7 app no services

I've been into a store, and also have rung and spoken to support to try and have this issue resolved without any luck.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and also logged out and in.
When I open the app it says no services.
I can't top up or see my balance or anything.
I'd like for this to work.

If you go to and login there does it show anything?
