I don't know if you are using the latest version.....so...
Uninstall the app,
Reboot your phone,
Do a fresh download and install,
Reboot your phone
Insert your account information,
........and let us know if this cured the issue.
Are you logging in using your Telstra ID, and if you log in to the Telstra website, do you see your account information correctly? You may need to link your account to your Telstra ID through My Account via the website.
