24/7 app not logging in

Hi I am not able to log into the 24/7 app on my Samsung Note 8 handset, this has been an issue for a long period of time and is now effecting me getting one number connected for my Samsung watch.

Hello David,

I don't know if you are using the latest version.....so...

Uninstall  the app,

Reboot your phone,

Do a fresh download and install,

Reboot your phone

Insert your account information,

........and let us know if this cured the issue.

Are you logging in using your Telstra ID, and if you log in to the Telstra website, do you see your account information correctly? You may need to link your account to your Telstra ID through My Account via the website.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I am logging in exactly the same way I do on the website

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
