I'm trying to log onto the app and it just keeps saying "your Telstra ID is not connecting. Please try again in a few minutes". I've tried changing my password, didn't help. I tried calling Telstra, the guy had no access so couldn't help. Can anyone help?

Can you log into Online Billing on your computer? If you can, its your app or phone cache.
If so, clear your cache if you can and uninstall the app then reboot and do a fresh download then reboot again and reinsert your username and password
