24X7 App Doesn't recognise Velocity Smart community bundles

Hi,

 

I was checking My Services and clikc on my boradband, below the name of my 200GB Ultimate Velocity plan (bundle)

"Details about your internet service are not available in this version of the app"

Nowhere in the app does it acknowledge that I'm on a bundle and it's type.

Using tech everyday in prehospital emergency health.
