24x7 android app not showing account


I'm a new customer.

Even though I can login, the app it tells me I need to link a service via the desktop. Using those same login details I can view my account on the desktop and see my single service.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have yet to see the app work.

Some other information:
Samsung Galaxy S7
Android version 7
App version 21.0.1

I am sorry to hear of the issues with being able to access your information via the Telstra 24/7 App and do apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused Smiley Sad If the details can be accessed when you go online via the My Account service, then this is indicating an issue with the app linking correctly. As the deletion and re-install hasn't worked, the next contact would have to be with the Mobile Faults team on 132200 (24/7) and saying 'Mobile Faults'. Please do let us know how you get on having this tested further?
