I am sorry to hear of the issues with being able to access your information via the Telstra 24/7 App and do apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused If the details can be accessed when you go online via the My Account service, then this is indicating an issue with the app linking correctly. As the deletion and re-install hasn't worked, the next contact would have to be with the Mobile Faults team on 132200 (24/7) and saying 'Mobile Faults'. Please do let us know how you get on having this tested further?
