24x7 app for business account does not show estimated all usage

My 24x7 app on a Galaxy S4 mini (and a personal account) shows estimated data, days left AND estimated call usage.  It is brilliant.

 

My father has the Galaxy S4 (and a business account) he is the only phone on the business account but cannot see his estimated call usage, he only sees data usage and days left.

 

Is there anyway I can make his 24x7 app display his estimated call usage (recent charges $xx.xx).

Hi Matt, to my knowledge the Telstra Business app should also show the same details as the app for our consumer plans - if your father can view all of the details when logging into the My Account portal at http://goo.gl/j6dUAS then the App Support team on 13 2000 would be best for him to contact for further investigation.
