Account not showing bill

I just received my monthly bill via email as usual, but when I log in to go and pay it's not showing up with a this recent bill.

Thanks for question regarding your new invoice.

 

Does your new bill have the same 2000 account number as your previous bill? Has anything changed on your account such as plan or new services?
