I have been using the chat help since saturday and still not resolved. I can't log in or add my account. They've made me reset my password multiple times to no avail.
Can't send screen shots via chat to show errors.
Am so frustrated right now when I rang the 13 number they said you can only use chat - can't talk to anyone in person.

Yes. Same here. Just want to check my bill and I’ve spent hours on this. I did the chat and also spoke to someone. Both pretended it was an issue that must be my fault.
Its frustrated me so much. 30 years with Telstra abs this is the first time I’ve been so annoyed and ready to tell them to take a running jump!
