Live Chat is the minimalist approach, as you need to provide proof of ID to cancel a service, and this is to protect you
As said by PrefessorPhone, livechat is the way to go if you want as little interaction with a person as possible. However I'd always recommend a chat with the disconnections team, based in Adelaide.
@Fred172 As advised, If you call 132200 and say "Disconnect" between 9am and 9pm (M-F) you should get through to a specialised disconnection team in Adelaide
They are really nice people to speak too. They run rings around the oversea's support peeps.
