If you call 132200 or jump on livechat they can update your profile for you to the correct details.
you can also manually update it online in myaccount.
Previously worked with a Telstra Partner however I am not a Telstra Employee, just a fellow customer helping when I can.
If you go to the Online Billing website, go into Settings, then Bill Settings, and you'll see your name, below that your email address with "Edit" next to it, click on that and change it there. It's a self-help function.
