Your chat support service doesnt work from my app. Doesnt send messages even im on 4G full signal and good reception. I need someone to help me downgrade my plan IPhone X with IPad, im paying over $270 monthly and im not using too much from 120GB you gave me.

Hi Just72, You are able to discuss a change in plan by calling our Billing Team on 13 2200. This is a free call when calling from a Telstra handset. I do hope this helps.
