Continuing Outages

Hi all,

I am confident there is significant frustration with Telstra, BigSwamp and the debacle that is the NBN.

We have had ZERO internet, Foxtel or even data to mobile devices since approx. 22:00 hours on the 8th Feb19. That is > 4 full days (111 hours and counting) Not withstanding the greatest fear is that it will not be back on before kickoff Friday of the Super Rugby. Also the cricket that is on in NZ, and that my ill mother only has Foxtel to entertain her sedimentary life. She is 80 this weekend and all I have from BigSwamp is I had to purchase a 4G modem (see you later $100, albeit they promise to refund) and as we are all aware 4G is nearly as embarrassing as the NBN proposal.

Anyway, just a winge...
