Issues with app

When I am on the Telstra 24/7 app. When I go to use the chat it launches a web browser and not via the app. I’ve deleted app turned off phone reinstalled etc etc but it still happening any one know how to fix this?

If you are using an Android device, then that is how it works.

 

If on an iOS device, it normally uses chat.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Yes using an IOS and have done everything to make it work. 

It works on my iPad but not on my phone.
