Mobile call usage not showing via Telstra 24/7 app since upgrading to iPhone 6 a month ago.

Since upgrading to iPhone 6 a month back my mobile usage is no longer showing in the Telstra 24/7 app. Now on a Mobile Accelerate Plan $70. Is it possibly something in the settings.

You would've thought it would affect things!

I don't suspose you're logged in to your My Account?

Is the details of your usage showing in your My Account?

Loging into my account $ usage of plan does not show only shows number of calls and sms's that have been made. No dollar amount shows. I know how it used to show and it only changed when plan changed with new iPhone 6.

A couple of days back I received an Email from Telstra saying the special extra no cost 25GB of date on iPhone was about to finish. Then the next day on the 24/7 app on the iPhone I see the data back to 2 & half GB and call usage was again showing as it did before updating to the new iPhone 6. So error would apear to be now corrected.
