I subscribed to AFL Live Pass a week ago and it is still not working on my Android tablet. I purchased Live Pass via the Google Play store and it has definetely been charged to the my credit card. I have uninstalled the ap and re-installed it a number of times. I have also tried to restore the subscription a number of times but it is still not working. I have checked the Google Play store and it says that I have a current subscription. Whn i click on Restore it comes up with an Subscription error saying that 'A subscription for ALF Live app coulkd not be found, plase but one!'.
Sorry for the trouble with your live pass and I'd be happy to help get this working. I do have a few questions but firstly, can you tell me specifically what is not working? Do you get any sort of error message?
How exactly did you subscribe? (In app purchase, AFL.com.au, Club Digital membership or our 2017 AFL Live Pass Offer)
To confirm, are you trying to access via the AFL Live app?
If so, to fix this so that your in app purchase can be recognised, uninstall the app and reinstall it. Once reinstalled, please restore the in app subscription and NOT login with a Telstra ID.
As you paid for an in app purchase, you should only need to restore the subscription.
