Hi, I have two factor authentication for my Paypal account and the Paypal form within the Telstra 24x7 app doesn't have a method to trigger the SMS to be sent. I believe this is Paypal's fault as they likely design the form. I have my phone joined to my Paypal account but I don't have a PIN and when I try to put my email/password combo in it then asks me to enter my one time security code to my password, which never gets sent to my phone. The paypal site sent the SMS fine when I logged in there to report the error too. I upgraded my Paypal security since my last bill payment that's why this is new and means that I cannot use Paypal which is my preferred method for paying my Telstra bill.
