Smart troubleshooting

I'm experiencing frequent drop outs with NBN connection. The 24x7 app has directed me to this "smart troubleshooting" tool. 

 

The tool has identified an issue and stated it will now walk me through a series of troubleshooting steps. 

 

However there is no next button or any prompts to take me through the steps. Am I missing something?
