Telstra 24/7 app account details

How do I edit or change the mobile number in my account details? I have changed plans and have a new number, but it is still displaying my old number.

Hi there.


In order to get to the bottom of what's going on here, there are a few things I'd like to know.


Did you do a change of number or sign up a new service that came with a new number? When did you make the change? Are you logged into the app using a username and password or just using mobile authentication? Have you tried removing the app and reinstalling?
