Telstra 24/7 app

The 24/7 app does not include option for my prepaid mobile to be recharged monthly. It also does NOT have live chat option. I tried upgrading but no luck. How do I resolve?

Hi Ipi40920,

 

You have to set up a monthly recharge via the 24/7 My Account.

In the 24/7 App there should be a "Support" icon down the bottom.

Press on that, then under the heading "Contact Us" you should see "24/7 Chat", press on that.

 

If you can't see this in the 24/7 App, you can use the link below for Live Chat.

Your best option is to change to Optus. Their app is very useful, allows you to change your recharge options and divert your number if you need to, and many other things which would normally require you to waste half a day if you call Telstra support. For example we can divert our number to our office or our mobile when we need to. Also Optus has the best support we have encountered. Telstra support employees are badly trained and not very professional. They rather say something can't be done if it's too hard for them to do.
