Can't login to the 24/7 app, get this message "Your account does not have the appropriate security level to use this App"
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times. No difference. Ive spoken to the help lines, useless. What and why am i paying for this service?? I just want to redeem my foxtel now, which i can't at the moment. Should have stayed with optus.
