Have tried everything to sign into the app with my Telstra ID
Can sign in no problems on the telstra website!
But the App just keeps giving me the
account restriction error message.
Have tried uninstalling it and restarting my S7 Edge then reinstalling it etc
Still no go...
Have chatted with 24x7 chat specialist team LOL fail

Solved after 3 Live chats in past week
8-10 App uninstall/reinstalls....
And I did no different then id done all other attempts....CSO sasys she didn't do anything either lol
Oh well all sorted now !
