Telstra 24x7 App not showing data usage details

Hi. I have 5 mobile services with Telstra, all with shared usage. I can see all of them when I log into the web portal "data usage by service", but on the 24x7 app it only lists 4.. and misses one.

 

Why is that?

That's a very good question. I would recommend speaking with our My Account Team via  http://tel.st/8qpr so they can investigate this further for you.
