Cannot save nicknames error message
this happens on an iPhone running current iOS

You could try editing the nicknames using your Telstra My Account.
https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home
In mobile view press on the 3 lines top left of the screen.
Press on "Account Settings".
You'll see Account nickname, then you can edit the service there.

It’s fine on the web browser, just the app is broken.

If you wish to report the problem you can do so in the 24/7 App.
Press on the Profile icon then press on "Give feedback".
Yes, no problem updating nicknames outside of app.
However the nicknames do not appear in the app.
This reduces the usability as I need to know the service name to recharge etc
This issue is without solution for now
