Telstra Plus

I am trying to activate one of the Telstra Plus offers - 3 months Stan

However when I attempt to activate it I get the following message

"Unfortunately, you have no offers associated with your Telstra ID.

Try to log in with another Telstra ID or link your accounts & services.

To link your accounts & services, access Telstra 24x7 My Account under account settings.  Once you have added a service to your Telstra ID, please login again."

 

However as I just logged in Telstra 24/7 and infact got the offer by email I am not sure what isn't linked to allow this to take place

 

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated
