Telstra Rude Racist Tech support

I tried to contact Tech Support through 24x7 Apps to resolve my mobile internet connection issues. This dude from Telstra called me and said racist comments to me and called me racist names. This is totally unacceptable and is this how telstra deal with customers that try to contact Telstra. I want to lodge a formal complaint if any telstra complaint team can contact me immediately to resolve this insanity!!! The telstra number that called me is 03 9065 4000!!! Please check if this is telstra number and track this idiot down please!!!!
