Telstra points, I have been a prepaid member since the inception of the app/ being an early member
Being a member since inception of Telstra 24/7 I had built up nearly 11000 points , staying on the same prepaid plan I was forced to change my number due to harassment on the service, I didn’t know that by changing my number I would lose all my points
