Telstra

hi there ! I have recently purchased an apple watch.  logging into the Telstra 24/7 app I have found that add anything to my plan such as Telstra one number  as an error comes up stating that "the services isn't linked to the Telstra ID you entered"  I have tried on the pc to log in and add Telstra one number and it tells me I don't not have the appropriate authorisation " I have reset passwords ect to no effect
