TimeZone for Data Usage?

When I check data usage history on a prepaid account, when the app gives me a time at which the data was used:

 

1. Is the displayed time when I started using the data?

 

2. Is there any way to tell how long I was using the data?

 

3. I live in Brisbane and want to know what timezone the data usage time is displayed against? Sydney? Brisbane?

ie. If the time shows 23:00, does that mean I used the data at 23:00 Brisbane time or 23:00 Sydney (elsewhere?) time (which would be 22:00 Brisbane time during Daylight Savings)

I called Telstra and asked my question.

 

Their response was that the 24x7 app takes on the timezone of where you registered the pre-pay phone service.  Since I registered in Brisbane, then my timezone is Brisbane and the times displayed are local time.
