The 24x7 app is no lo get allowing me to use the the chat function. I can’t post anything. It was working a week ago.

When I am on the Telstra 24/7 app. When I go to use the chat it launches a web browser and not via the app. I’ve deleted app turned off phone reinstalled etc etc but it still happening any one know how to fix this?

For some reason when I enter ‘offers’ the app (hub) isn’t allowing me to ‘login’ to rake up offers. It was fine until I actually wanted to do one. Feeling frustrated - I’m a forever client.

I have 3 mobile numbers showing on the 24x7 App (I have a business plan account). 2 mobile numbers are current and 1 has been disabled for years. I have now added an other mobile number to my Telstra account.

The  app no longer responds when the "Usage" screen is tapped. which includes the Call, Message, & Data options. All other aspects of the app works OK except this one. I am using the latest IOS 12.1.1 and also the latest update to the app Thanks
