I have not been able to use PayPal this year after using it previously. No answer is forthcoming from Telstra. Can anyone tell me if Telstra is still using PayPal? It appears on my 24/7 app

Can Telstra implement something into the 24/7 app that allows you to stop data all together once you've reached your set target? At least this way we're guaranteed that excess data will not be used as it's coming directly from Telstra?

The 24/7 app does not include option for my prepaid mobile to be recharged monthly. It also does NOT have live chat option. I tried upgrading but no luck. How do I resolve?

The  app no longer responds when the "Usage" screen is tapped. which includes the Call, Message, & Data options. All other aspects of the app works OK except this one. I am using the latest IOS 12.1.1 and also the latest update to the app Thanks
