HelloI have tried for a few hours to get through the Telstra 24x7 chat to cancel my plan (it is the only link provided when I follow the steps. Is there an issue with the service? also is there another way to cancel it? Best Locky

Hello, My Telstra 24 x 7 account isn't working. It comes up with Account restriction - your account does not have the appropriate security level to use this app. It started about 2 months ago and I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Please help!
