won’t allow me to ‘login’ to allow acceptance of offers

For some reason when I enter ‘offers’ the app (hub) isn’t allowing me to ‘login’ to rake up offers. It was fine until I actually wanted to do one. Feeling frustrated - I’m a forever client.

Are you logged in to the 24x7 app using your Telstra ID?

And is your Telstra ID linked to your services (ie when you log in via the website using your Telstra ID, can you see your services and Bills)?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
