Can't connect to Telstra air

Hi all, I can't connect to Telstra Air, even though it says the signal is extremely strong. Air is active, according to my profile. I have uninstalled it twice, with the same result. Any solutions?

Is it a hotspot at a Telstra phone booth or near a house?
Does it give you any specific errors?
