HI There - I am over 2600km away from the nearest Telstra shop so this isnt a solution I can use. I have managed to call them - but apparently they cant transfer the old pre-paid sim number over to a new pre-paid sim number. I need a blank activated sim which I cant easily get hold of. Might have to forfeit the old number and just use the new one. Gggrrrr.
They should be able to do a SIM replacement but it would be sent by post and can take 1-5 days to arrive typically (depending on post reaching you).
Previously worked with a Telstra Partner however I am not a Telstra Employee, just a fellow customer helping when I can.
