RENEWAL OF PLAN

platinum customer for years trying to cancel my plan as totally dissatisfied with Telstra as a credible service provider. On phone on hold after asking them to familiarise with the issues I have and then please ring me back. They said they can't now 30 mins. Can someone advise how I can just get Telstra to phone me as a customer with full knowledge of the account issues?

Just old fashioned customer service.

You shouldn't need Platinum support for an Account Issue for a plan renewal. That should just be through the regular Billing or Sales channels.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
