Recharge Credit Pre-Paid Mobile

I have Prepaid Plus Pack.

Checked Recharge Credit before recharging using my stored payment details ($60.75). Recharged with $30 1 day before the expiry date. Recharge Credit still shows  $60.75 but expiry date has increased by 28 days. Why isn't new Recharge Credit $90.75. It did increment last month! Spent an hour trying to get satisfaction via 24 hour chat session without success.

It is showing a Plus Credit of $5 in addition to the $60.75 of Recharge Credit?
