S10+ 5G free upgrade issues.

What is this nonsense I am being told in store that my service has not been enabled for the free 5G upgrade and that it is taking until 7th June to correct?

Have you received your new S10 Plus? The current S10 Plus ins't 5g compatible and from my understanding when the S10 Plus 5g is avaliable you return your current S10plus and are given an S10 Plus 5g that can use the 5g network.

You had to sign up for a plan with the S10+ by the end of April. If you signed up after the 29th of April it wouldn't be eligible for the free upgrade to the S10 5G.

If you were eligible you should have received an SMS with the upgrade confirmation.

The other half just upgraded theirs today in a store and they just looked at the SMS then went into the account and did the update.
