`Really don't know what to do

I purcased a new 4gX mobile broadband unit and asked the billing be put on my mobile acc.

I get the unit and when sim is activated it disconnects my mobile and takes over the number.I went Bairnsdale store on Thursday to be curtly told no one could see me for 2 hours.I had other appointments and could not wait 2 hrs.I tried to ring the store today via skype and no one answered.

I tried to book today but there are no available times. I have no phone and now have to change my number after getting letterheads printed with the old number. I now have to drive round trip of one hour probably to be told no one can see me.

Is this good enough?

Wow, I was able to make an appointment at the Bairnsdale store!!! Only problem its not for another 5 days. That means 8 days without a phone,Thanks Telstra, you are really hopeless.
