Can I go to a Telstra store to sort out changing to NBN or do I have to deal with it on the phone. Also received a letter from Telstra saying my change over to the nbn network won't require any changes to my monthly bill, plan, contract period or home phone number, only then to get another letter a couple of days later saying that my plan is changing and will no longer receive my bundle discount. WTF telstra make up your mind.
