I'm trying to activate my $110 credit for Box Office. I log in to my Telstra account (including Box Office) using an old email and password. The $110 has been credited to a different (newer) email account that I don't use and don't know the password for. How do I get this rectified so I can use the credit please?
I don't believe that the credit would be able to be changed. I believe it would be only accessible on the account that it was redeemed on. The is a manage button on the redemption page but it just 'cancels' the 'subscription' which appears to do nothing.
