BigPond tv/box office not working

For at least the last week when trying to access Bigpond movies it says that is is undergoing system maintenance and upgrading movies store. It does work on another TV in the outdoor area of the house but we really need it to be working again on our main tv asap!

That's a very odd situation to be in. I would recommend reaching our Telstra TV  team on 13 22 00, say 'Telstra TV' when prompted and a consultant will advise further.
