Bigpond Movies, pin issue.

I'm having issues renting movies on Bigpond.

I have a pin that has been working fine until yesterday, every time I enter the pin it says incorrect.


Yes, I have tried to reset the pin, but it says that the password is incorrect. 


Just to clarify, I have the right password, and the pin I'm entering is the correct one.

I can log on and off the bigpond account without any issues, only when I try to purchase movies, it says that the pin and password are both wrong.


I rang bigpond and they couldn't help me. Someone from tech department? is going to contact me in the next 10 days....

Sorry to hear of the pin issue there. Is this specifically when using BigPond Movies on the T-Box or another device?

We have been having the same issue when trying to purchase a movie. Bigpond wont except our pin.

Tried calling Bigpond movie support waste of an hour, on hold, gave up. Emailed instead waiting for a reply.

Very frustrating, family annoyed on holidays can't watch movies.

The same is happening to me, and has been happening for months. It's high time this got fixed, Telstra. I have wasted hours on this problem.
