i have recently upgraded my telstra bundle and was suppose to receive 2 free BigPond movies.
im trying to access the free movies but don't have a redemption code.
I havent received an email with the codes either.
Please advise me on how to access my free movies.

The first two movies are free, so go right ahead and enjoy them. The system detects that you're a new bigpond movies customer and doesn't charge.
