Bigpond movies

Been waiting for Telstra glitch in their system for setting up account for payment bigpond movies for 12 months now and still not fixed . Telstra are a joke been with them for over 20 years and they just get worse time to move on I think
I went in to get a iPhone 8 the other day spent 4 hours there as usual and only to be told at the last minute to sign and get that they had a glitch in system to allocate iPhones 8 and I had to return 2 days later and spend another 2 hours there . How screwed up is that
